OUR TRAINING SCHEDULE

WOD

CrossFit® training supervised by a certified coach.

TEAM WOD

CrossFit® training supervised by a certified coach, conducted in teams of 2 or 3 people.

KIDS

CrossFit® training supervised by a certified coach, adapted for children aged 6 to 10 years old.

TEENS

CrossFit® training supervised by a certified coach, adapted for teenagers aged 11 to 15 years old.

FREE ACCESS

Open gym. Reserved for practitioners who have been training regularly for more than 6 months.

HYROX

HYROX® training supervised by a certified coach, combining running and functional training stations.

WEIGHLIFTING

Weightlifting training supervised by a certified coach. Practice of Olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk).

GYMNASTIC

Training supervised by a certified coach, allowing progression on bodyweight movements (pull-ups, push-ups, handstand, etc.). For all levels.

STRONGMAN

Strength training supervised by a certified coach.

NATATION (SWIMMING)

Classes at the Grand Bleu pool in Cannes-la-Bocca, supervised by a swimming coach. Learning and improvement of swimming technique.

ATHLÉTISME (ATHLETICS)

Athletics training supervised by a certified coach, conducted at the Maurice Jean-Pierre stadium in Cannes-la-Bocca.

FONCTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Strength training through functional movements. Ideal for better performance in CrossFit®.
