CROSSFIT® IS MADE FOR YOU
WHAT IS CROSSFIT®?
MORE THAN JUST A SPORT
CROSSFIT® WAS Developed in the 1970s in the United States by Greg Glassman.
CrossFit® represents a comprehensive approach to fitness that targets the entire body by focusing on natural movements such as jumping, pushing, pulling, and lifting, performed at various speeds and intensities in diverse ways. The benefits of CrossFit® range from weight loss to physical fitness, including body toning, cardiovascular and respiratory system development, as well as improved mobility, flexibility, and core strength. With each session, you push your limits, make progress, and strengthen your mindset.
CROSSFIT® IS NOT SIMPLY A PHYSICAL WORKOUT, BUT A COMPLETE EXPERIENCE THAT SCULPTS YOUR BODY WHILE DEVELOPING YOUR MENTAL DETERMINATION AND SELF-CONFIDENCE.
CROSSFIT® IS A COMBINATION OF...
Weightlifting
Gymnastics
Cardio
Functional training
WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)
UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF CERTIFIED COACHES
The training sessions take place within the CrossFit Cannes box, our dedicated facility, in small groups of up to 12 people maximum. Each session, lasting an hour, is structured into several phases: warm-up and mobility, followed by a technical and strength portion, ending with the WOD, an acronym for Workout of the Day.
ADAPT YOUR TRAINING SESSION ACCORDING TO YOUR LEVEL
Choose the scaled option with lighter weights and simplified movements if you’re a beginner. Opt for the RX as indicated on the board if you’re at an intermediate or advanced level. Or take on the challenge of RX+ with heavier weights and more advanced movements if you’re advanced or a confirmed athlete.
LE CROSSFIT® ADAPTS TO EVERYONE
CrossFit®, regardless of your age, gender, size, morphology, or current strength, is a sport adaptable to all.
Our coaches are here to guide members in the precise execution of movements, ensuring everyone’s safety. They can also adjust training even more specifically to meet the needs of people with disabilities, pregnant women, or those recovering from an injury. Our members progress at their own pace, according to their needs and goals.
